Formula Student:

The participants came from different universities all over the world. To be the part of a the team is available not just for engineers but to others with skills in economy, marketing or law to make it complete and proper in every field of work.

The goal of the competition is to make the students skills more practiclal beside the academic knowledge. The designing and manufacturing, the economy conditions need teamwork. There are 
deadlines and projectmanagement that gives important experiences to the young engineers and economists. Beside this it contains a lot of adventure.

The first competiton was in 1981 at the USA. Nowadays the race held in several continents. In 2011 Europe gave tracks in 7 different places as: 

Silverstone, Hockenheim, or Catalunya.
